Why custom suiting?
The best kind of suit is the one that fits! Why settle for anything less?
How does it work?
All Koviem suits are custom-made with your unique measurements.
After selecting your perfect suit, set aside 10 minutes to take your measurements accurately. How well your suit fits is directly related to the information you provide and the measurements you submit. To help with this, we have provided a fit guide that you can reference along with a partnership with Alteration Specialists for professionally taken measurements.
We also have pop-ups all the time where our stylists can take your measurements. To find out about those, sign up for our newsletter.
Please understand that while we cannot be held liable for personal measurement errors, we remain committed to all of our customers and will always offer to share in the cost of a remake, if one is requested.
Do I have to measure myself each time I order a suit?
All of your sizing information will be saved to your profile. If your size has changed since the last time you ordered, feel free to log in to your account and update the measurements before ordering your next suit.
Can I receive samples of the fabric choices?
Given the high cost of our quality fabric, it isn’t feasible at this time for us to send individual samples. We are working hard to figure out how to make this possible.
We do bring samples to each of our pop-ups. Sign up for our newsletter to be alerted when we come to your city.
Koviem works only with the highest quality imported wools, linens, cashmere and Egyptian cottons. We stand by our product! Whatever you order will look and feel great.
Can I change my measurements after submitting my order?
Oops! We know mistakes happen. Please contact us at contact@koviem.com as soon as possible. If received within 24 hours of the order submission, it's pretty easy for us to make the change. Our tailors start the pattern making process within 2 days of submission. We will do our best to help you out, but once a pattern has been made, it is pretty difficult to revert as each one is unique.
I want something truly unique. Can you create a custom design for me?
The beauty of custom suiting is that the options are limitless! We are happy to work with you to create a custom design. Send us an email with your contact information and a member of the Koviem Team will reach out to you.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! When your suit is shipped, you will automatically get an email with a tracking code and the estimated arrival date. For more detailed updates, feel free to email us to request a status update on your order at contact@koviem.com. Please remember to include your order confirmation number.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. If you are outside of those areas and would like a Koviem suit, send us a message through the contact portal and state your country of residence. Most times, we are able to work things out! We are constantly working to add more countries to our list.
International shipments: There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Koviem does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
Koviem suits are made specifically for you with your unique measurements. On the very rare occasion (and we mean it's super rare) that we make a mistake and your garments require fit adjustments, of course we'll cover the costs! Please email us at contact@koviem.com.
Each suit does come with a credit of $75 local tailoring if slight alterations are needed. All you have to do is send us an email with an itemized receipt.
All alterations must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the suit. Make sure that your tailor notes all adjustments made to your garment so that we may update your profile and process your credit.
Please note that we do not offer refunds as fabric is cut based on your measurements. However, we are 100% committed to working with you until you are fully satisfied.
If a piece needs to be remade due to inaccurate submissions from the customer, a fee is charged depending on the style of suit.

How can I pay for my order?
Koviem accepts all major credit cards.
You can also pay in installments through our partnership with Klarna. Just click on the Klarna icon at checkout.
How long will it take to get my suit?
Quality takes time! Please allow 4 - 6 weeks from the time of order to receive your suit.
You may be wondering why it takes so long. All Koviem pieces are made custom from a completely new pattern. Our tailors spend time making sure the pattern they create is aligned with the measurements you provided.
All suits also go through a quality screening at the Koviem headquarters. Our team inspects all pieces to make sure that they are of the highest quality. Only after they pass this inspection process do they get sent to our clients.
I want to get involved with Koviem. Do you do partnerships or affiliate programs.
As a small company, we enjoy the liberty in being flexible with how we partner with people/companies. That said, we are also very strategic and only partner with those aligned with our values.
